Climate change challenges must be addressed by developing sustainable design strategies to reduce energy consumption and achieve zero carbon emissions target for the built environment by 2050. Our team collaborate with all stakeholders from project inception to develop the road map for sustainability guidelines based on client needs. We offer consulting services for new constructions, existing buildings and provide advisory services to government entities, developers, consultants, contractors and facilities management firms.
Our sustainability team consists of qualified professionals such as LEED AP, PQP certified engineers and well versed with local and international rating systems including LEED, BREEM, ESTIDAMA, TRAKHEES and Dubai Municipality green building guidelines. The engineers have developed passive and active design strategies for various types of buildings in the region and achieved successfully LEED and ESTIDAMA certification.
Energy modelling team holistically analyze the building shape, orientation, impact of solar shading devices and adjacent building shading in concept design stage to determine the most efficient design. We perform the energy modelling using the IES software to evaluate the energy savings with the implementation of energy conservation measures as per project designs.
