Our Services

Building Services Engineering (MEP)
We deliver mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and engineering services covering commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, data centers and renovation projects. Our engineering design team is composed of chartered engineers, member of renowned organizations such as CIBSE, ASHRAE, UAE
Society of Engineers and ASHRAE certified High performance Building design professionals.
Sustainability
Climate change challenges must be addressed by developing sustainable design strategies to reduce energy consumption and achieve zero carbon emissions target for the built environment by 2050. Our team collaborate with all stakeholders from project inception to develop the road map for sustainability guidelines based on client needs. We offer consulting services for new constructions, existing buildings and provide advisory services to government entities, developers, consultants, contractors and facilities management firms.

Buildings consume enormous amount of energy and accounts 40% global carbon emissions. Buildings operated efficiently throughout the lifecycle can have significant energy savings and positive impact on the environment. MEP systems performance need to be monitored and verified against design parameters to enhance performance of overall building. Existing buildings can have great potential to reduce the energy consumption and utility bills cost with the implementation of energy conservation measures such as high-performance building envelopes, LED fixtures, VFD driven pumps, demand control ventilation, upgrading to energy efficient mechanical equipment’s, low flow plumbing fixtures.

Feasibility Studies
OS Engineering Consultants provide the various feasible solutions and recommendations based on the client requirements. Using our experience in MEP design and construction, we evaluate the proposed and existing MEP designs, systems in terms of energy efficiency, cost effectiveness and lifecycle analysis. Our team conducts site visits to evaluate the existing condition and performance of MEP systems.
